FLOWERING THEME FOR GIFT WRAPPINGS

Stars are a popular decorative element not only in the Christmas season. They are everywhere, throughout the year, in a huge range of shapes and patterns and on countless materials. This gift wrap is based on a star-patterned wrapping paper which we decorate with a star made from dark-coloured twigs. For a more seasonal touch, stick a Christmas Rose flower behind the gift ribbon. And here's your natural-looking gift wrap that arouses an exciting anticipation and has that little extra something.

Materials:

Wrapping paper, matching cordon, thin twigs/sticks, wire, Christmas Rose flower, orchid tube as needed

Instructions:

Cut twigs, ideally of equal thickness, to 5 pieces of equal length. Tie the ends firmly together with wire to make a star. Optionally, wrap a coloured ribbon around the wire. Use a black-and-white cord to tie the star to the gift and decorate with a Christmas Rose flower. If you do not want to present the gift promptly, you can also put the Christmas Rose flower in a gift-wrapped orchid tube filled with water.
